Front desk was very nice and helpful. good value.
Rooms are small and not ultra modern. location could be more convenient and centrally located.

The sheet on the top of the bed had large, visible, what appeared to be seemen stains all over it, which was rather discusting. there were tea bags provided as indicated, but no facility to actually make tea. the room provided was the smallest in the whole (rather large) facility, with a very small window. wifi was an pay service, and not provided with the room. there was no 'do not distub' sign provided in my room, so the maid walked in while i was sleeping. i had to request one to be drawn up by the staff (who were friendly, and did assist).

Reception staff were friendly and able to assist with general queries e.g arranging airport shuttle and sending post. no problems required to be ironed out. two adults and two older children in a junior suite, not too small. made good use of the basic cooking facilties.
Did not eat in the hotel, as expensive. plenty of eating places within local area. a little too far out of the city centre zone.

Very nice staff, room was small by us standard but worked well. the courtyard was beautiful, and the location was perfect, steps away from a metro station. i will likely stay there again when going to paris.

Staff very pleasant. surroundings and gardens lovely. unusual to have such surroundings in a city centre. allowed into room well before check-in time which was a big bonus. nice furnishings and beautiful bed and bed linnen.
Room extremely small. no waste basket, no bedside table on one side. work going on outside room which woke us up. definitely not what one would expect of a 4 star hotel.we have stayed in several 4 star hotels in paris and the room in this one was the smallest.would recommend not going for the most basic room as more space would have made all the difference to the overall experience.

Very beautiful. the staff was very accommodating and very nice. we asked many questions and they answered every one of them. if we needed any type of reservation (shows, airport shuttle, etc), they were happy to help. the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was nice.
Maid came knocking at our door at 7.30-8am and then half hour after, to clean the room. check out time was 11 or 12 and it just felt like they were in a hurry to kick us out.
