Only one staff in front office but he is very help full.
Elevator problem. there is only one elevator with 150 kg capacity. the hotel is 6 floor... can u imagine that? what happen then if there is accident like earthquake, fire, etc.
please prepare in room a couple glass not plastic glass.Galindo

Lovely little hotel close to the opera garnier, fairly central & conveniently placed for a number of different metro lines. situated on a quiet street off the boulevard des italiens, it was clean, modern and well appointed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the lift really does need to be seen to be believed. thought the other reviewers were exaggerating... they weren't! don't go in it if you are at all claustrophobic.Only a very minor negative, as we were very pleased with the hotel overall. there was a slight problem with the drains, which left the ensuite smelling a little stale. this soon cleared on airing the room. ohterwise the ensuite was lovely and clean, if a little on the small side. it is paris after all.ferreira

We stayed there 4 nights and we were very pleased with the hotels. apart from the price being slightly high i do not have any negative things to comment. location is very good room was very clean. we will be back again.Anonymous

Hotel staff was excellent, and location is good. It was quite noisy during the night, there were people yelling on the street and due to the ecco, i didn't get a good night sleep. but other than that it was good.Valkonen

Very clean hotel and excellent location to metro. good shower.We asked for 2 extra pillows 3 times and only on our last night did we recieve 1 pillow as they said they didn't have any more. room only cleaned every other day and toilet paper was very scarce. bathroom was really tiny and bed very hard.Anonymous

Excellent location; central to all classes of shops, excellent restaurants, and a short walk to the louvre, musee d'orsay and centre pompidou. rooms were utilitarian, but clean and modern. the staff was very polite and helpful.Noise traveled easily inside the building; the ladies staying in the next room came came back from clubs at 4:00 am, and held no secrets...Anonymous
