The only positive about your hotel is that is has excellent location
There have been so negative experinces that it is really impossible to word them all. however, few of them are:
i was given a room on 6th floor and the lift was not working. it was a torture carrying luggage to 6th floor with congested staircases
no polite welcome..............
the inovice was on a plain paper and had no print of hotel's name even
i, specifically, was asked to leave when i wanted to wait for an hour at the reception since i arrived early in the morning. i was asked to come back after 1300 hrs for the check in.
