Helpfulness of some staff, for example the descriptinon said that tea and coffe making facilities ere avaialbe but on arival were not presertn but once requested the staff did all they could to ensure this was forthcoming

Hotel staff was courteous and friendly. any venue for transportation was within easy reach to expand elsewhere from the lively latin area.
