NoneWe booked one room for 3 people. when we arrived they increased the rate quoted by 12 euros per night. they said we had booked a double room only but we had booked for three people and they gave us a double room with a temporary bed added as usual. we would have left but it was late and we didn't have another booking. this was dishonest.
