The staff was very kind and accommodating. spoke english which was a plus for me. location was convenient to arch de triumph, eifel tower, seine river boat rides, and many other sites.Hanson

The room was clean and nicely decorated. there was one hotel staff who was willing to speak english and was helpful locating nearby restaurants and such. 
Most of the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. the elevator worked only half the time. the room was freezing until late at night when the turned on the heat. nearest metro station 10 min walk. not near very many restaurants/cafe's. Anonymous

Ecellent location at 5 minutes walk from tour eiffel, rue cler, invalides - very quite street.Breakfast not provided - do not follow suggestion to go to the near pastry shop but rather find a brasserie by yourself.Hunter
