Good location, good price as compared to other paris hotels, clean room, good staff (especially moun who was so helpful, kind, fun to talk to - my sister and i loved her!). 
We found nothing negative with this hotel! the only "problem" i had was not being sure about the room i reserved over the internet; i.e. it was difficult to tell from the description if we were getting one bed or two twin beds. this was cleared up for me by a couple of emails to you. re. price, it was good compared to other paris hotels but very expensive in the eyes of us americans (but that is paris)!
