This hotel is in an ideal location and clean.
There was a terrible smell coming from the toilet, smelled like a blocked drain and never went away!!

This hotel is prefect for if you are spending a lot fo time in paris seeing the sights. it is so close to the eiffel tower it is almost unbelieveable! it's local surrounding area is very busy and full of life during thr day with may cafes, bars, supermarkets and shops nearby. really easy to find, great location, perfect for city goers.
When we arrived we had no hot water for 2 nights. however the hotel did apologise for the trouble, and give us money off the room. the little fridge/mini bar didn't keep our food cold. would advise to buy breakfast nearby as hotel breakfast is quite expensive (not that we tried it).

Perfect location, only about 4blocks from the eiffel tower. lots of reasonably priced restaurants and bar's nearby. staff were friendly, helpful and spoke english. room was exactly what we'd hoped for. cozy but clean, and with a little table and chair set up outside our french windows so we could sit out in the evening. did not eat breakfast at the hotel as there were lots of cafe's nearby. we were extremely pleased with the hotel as a whole and would recommend it to anyone.

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing, literally a walk away from the eiffel tower and subway stations. it's in a lovely area of paris which depicts the quiet streets as well as the amazing area around it. the services and staff were also very good, spoke english well and were there to advise on the best locations to go to. the room iself was very clean and for me the bathroom is the most important feature, it was clean, simple and comfortable.
Didn't go for the breakfast option because there were cafes and bakeries located around the hotel streets which worked out a cheaper, fresher and more delightful option.
