I could not have been more satisfied. the staff were, without exception, charming and helpful and polite. the room was clean, light, spacious, well-equipped. service was excellent. i ordered breakfast in my room every morning and it never took more than about ten minutes to arrive. a free paper was delivered with it. there were more free papers both in french and in english downstairs if one wanted them. it was within sight of the eiffel tower and within easy walking distance of two different metro stops. i will go there again.Fraser

The hotel was ideally situated for my husband (who is in a wheelchair) and myself. the staff were very helpful in helping me with access for my husband in and out of the hotel.
We could not find a hotel with a wet room (roll-in shower) so we knew that the bath/shower would not be accessible for my husband. it would be nice if hotels could have this facility for handicapped people as it would make life an awful lot easier for them.Anonymous

Good location,clean room, excellent hygeine in bathroom. Roooms are too small for a 4 star hotel, furniture is olad and low quality.Drummie

Reception staff were fantastic and would help us with any problems we had. being a young couple and on our first trip abroad together we were both a little out of our depth however the staff would always lend a helping hand.
