Clignancourt Paris

Clignancourt is a station in the Parisian metro system. The northern terminus of line 4 was opened in 1908 along with the line itself. The line includes stops in Porte d’Orleans and Simplon. Clignancourt itself is located within the 18th arrondissement of Paris. The Clignancourt area was one a small hamlet that was owned by the abbey of Saint-Denis. It was annexed into the city in 1860.
