7 of us stayed at the paxton we had a great stay and the metro is just 5mins away..the paxton even have an 8 seater to take u to and from the station..the staff are really nice and the beer is 4euro which is great :)Mertsch

The staff was very friendly and competent in their jobs. the free cocktail on arrival is a good idea and makes you feel welcome at once. the rooms are nice and the microwave and cutlery idea is good, giving a person some extra privacy, so you don't need to go out if you do not want to. the information about breakfast times etc was good. the shuttle service provided to the customers especially was good.the price range for the rooms are also good. we had a good experience overall.
The only negative thing was that when we arrived there were alot of people in the dining room, and only two waitresses and one guy at the bar and shame they were very busy! i felt they were a bit understaffed but they did very well!! especially audrey (hope i have got the name right) helped us nicely.parvez

The service we received from some off the staff was absolutely atrocious. staff were rude and very unhelpful. my sister was reduced to tears as a result of the service she received whilst asking for a cup of coffee. we had to wait 2 days to speak to a manager even though every member of staff we spoke to was 'apparently a manager'. however the complaint was handled well from the hotel manager although no compensation was offered. if you cnt speak french and white in colour do not stay at this hotel.Pauls

Reception staff are gret, we were stuck at euro disney at 1.30am in the morning they sent a cab and was there within the 20 mins promised. excellent service. rooms were clean and pool ws lovelyBreakfast - whilst good quality was disorganised and you had to ask for everything to be replaced / refilledAmber

Nice clean hotel with free access to swimming pool and internet (albeit slow)and free parking. staff generally speaks good english. excellent buffet breakfast, great mezzanine room . good for driving into paris (park at forum les halles for 15 euro/day)Safe needed a new battery to function properly, no kettle in the room (it costs 20 euro to rent crockery and have fuses for hob and microwave turned on). not enough staff to cope with breakfast, so expect some wait for anything during busy periods.shaikh

Friendly staff,good service and good location.The times for the swimming pool was not good.my son had to wait till the next morning 10am to get to swim and i was to check out at 11am.another hotel i stayed at the day before had the pool open all the time except for a couple of hours cleaning time.McCormick

The hotel is very neat, the facilities were good, the staff very friendly and most of them can speak english. i had good value for my money!I missed my flight because i under estimated the time required to travel to the air port by train. the hotel is far from both airports. dont use train to travel to the airport.Bimali

The staff can speak english, they were all friendly, and when we ate in the hotel restaurant the food was very very good. the room was comfortable, and there were 2 large window/doors that opened up - you could only just step outside, but it was a nice touch. On the website it states that this hotel is 2 minutes from the train station... we were travelling on foot, and its actually a 20-25 minute walk! that was the main disappointment. the entrance to the hotel is winding.. you have to walk all across the front of it & though the carpark entrance to get in - no direct route.
