Very good location, multilingual and helpful staff, nice interiors, especially breakfast room, good selection of food at the buffetActually not, though on the first breakfast there was some stuff (eggs and sausages) limited and when it finished there was no more for those who came down later. but next days everything was really fine, so no complaints.soy

Very convenient hotel They let us stay in a stinky double room in the first night altoght our res. was for twin room .it was smelling terribly and we had to share the same bad with my friend. they said they gave contract with the agents so they have to take their request first even if their res. was after than mine. it wasn't fair at all. we even might have been told there were no available room altough we made our res 3 motnhs ago. they changed the room in the 2nd night Mayhew

The hotel has a good reception desk staff, who were very helpful when asked. With the availabilty of many channels on satelite tv, it should not be a problem for the hotel to have at least one english general broadcast channel (bbc1, 2, itv1, ch4, or 5) for some entertainment in the room. bbc world service does get a bit tiresome after a while.Norfolk
