Friendly staff, basic but clean room and bathroom. it's located very close to the gare du nord in a quiet street.Tiny elevator and the carpet in the hallways are up for replacement. Anonymous

The rooms were neat and clean.beds were made regularly.well pleased with the hotelWe arranged a taxi trough the reception but the taxi driver took us for aride. it cost us nearly 3 times the normal amount. t must say this happened only once out of 3 times.Anonymous

The hotel is in a great location. the staff were friendly and helpful. we did not have breakfast, so can't comment on that. the room was clean and comfortable. there was no view at all, but the up-side was that it was very quiet, which is a bonus for a city hotel. would definitely stay there again.The signage outside the hotel gives the hotel's old name, so it's a little confusing when you're first trying to find it. the room wasn't ready on our arrival, but we only had to wait about half an hour, so not too bad.Hobson

Closer to 2 train stations.better to use lest station than nord.Hotel room was not given till 3pm.
towel and other facilitoies not given for 4th person though booked and given room was a quadruple room.the size was just manageable for 4 people.Mayne

Comfortable rooms; hotel convenient for gare du nord for rer to cdg next day; good restaurants in area.Possibility of overbooking and transfer to another hotel, possibly less conveniently placed. this was sorted out by a very helpful marie.

It was a reasonable medium range hotel- not luxurious but comfortable and tidy. i found the bed comfortable in view of the fact i was recovering from a shoulder injury. it was conveniently located near the gare de nord and the metro.Calvert

This hotel is in a good location to the train stationWe had a 3 person room which was incredibly too small for 3 persons. they do not mention that you received 2 twin beds and 1 pull out cot. there were no wash clothes or sheets for the cotAnonymous
