The staff was really nice and helpful. i never felt like i was unwelcome or an annoyance. the rooms were clean. the internet was free which was a surprise to me. 
This hotel is really not that close to gare du nord. and the way you have to walk to get to the train station is down a long sketchy road. i did not feel safe walking alone at night - however, i am a girl and was alone, so i never did.Guo

this hotel has a very good location and the staff there are very friendly. the room is comfortable and there are some good restaurants near the next street. The bathroom is a little small and you will hear the noise from your neighbors. Anonymous

Good location. both lady staff was helpfull. gents need to improve on how to handle guest requests. room ok for 2 adultsPoor hot and cold water shower. either cold or hot water comes from shower. very small bathroom. site says child stays free with cot. insite of telling the hotel we were not provided with any cot but were pit in a small room also. avoid if you are with child.its congestedAnonymous
