People staying in the neighboring room were smoking. all the time. the smell in our room was insane since there were some go-through doors between the rooms and not a solid wall all the way. contacted reception and they called the guys in the next room, but it still didn;t stop them. i don't go to a non-smoking hotel to stay in a room full of smoke. the worst was that even the cleaning service were smoking in the rooms they were cleaning which we saw one morning. so that to me goes against their motto: we will do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.Anonymous

It is a five minute walk from the eiffle tower which was nice and about a 1 minute walk from the metro station which was also very good!the staff were very useful and could speak good english and the room was good.It said their would be a double bed but it was two singles which isnt a massive deal but we specificly looked for somewhere with a double bed instead of a twin room so a bit annoying. there was also a door into the next room which could not be locked which we didnt have any trouble with but a little disconcerting if leaving valuables at he hotel
