The staff could do with some customer relations training, dont dare try to check out before 8am,and the car park they advertise is 300 yards down the road, very handy if you have suitcases to carry.

Room was clean; private bath was a plus; there is a market right around the corner which was very convenient...good for bootstrap budget travelers who don't mind noise or spending lots of time on public transportation (expect at least 30min one-way if not more depending on time of day and destination)
The directions given on the website are not helpful- it is impossible to catch a cab at the issy stop of rer c (the yellow line), you will most likely need to catch a bus and there is in fact a much closer rer stop; the hotel isn't really near anything- expect to have to take multiple buses or bus+metro in order to get anywhere; the phones in the room could only be used for incoming calls- no outgoing calls period were possible; the street noise was very very loud and made it difficult to sleep

The staff were helpful, when we decided to leave asap!
The internet site did not truelly show what the rooms were like, otherwise we recieved the worst room possible. my daughter cried asa soon as she walked in, it was that bad and we were ready to leave that minute. the room smelled of a stale must and there was mould in the tiny, tiny bathroom, and on some walls. i looked under the bed and there was an inch of dust and fluff, as well as on the skirtings, the sheets were thread bare and the beds were so uncomfortable. the internet site is the complete opposite of what we found.

Staff gave us clear directions to the train that took us to downtown paris. they gave our family free breakfast the first day because our room wasn't ready by 12:00.
The bathroom smelled really bad. also, the room keys fit more than one room.
