We really enjoyed our stay. the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. the location was great. the place itself was charming very artistically decorated, like staying with a friend with great classic/modern taste. i would recommend the hotel for anyone, the elevator is small and there are stairs, so i'm not sure how it would be for someone physically challenged, but it is possible they have accommodations that i don't know aboutAnonymous
