Poland is a wonderful place to go to visit if you like to see old buildings and other lovely architectural structures. In the lovely city of Gdansk you can find many of these great structures such as churches, towers and gates. In the city on the eastern side you will find a wonderful example of these fine structures known as the Golden Gate. This beautiful decorative gate was built back in the year 1612.

The Golden Gate is one of the nicest in the entire city of Gdansk and well worth the time you take to go and see it. The Golden Gate is a great structure in the Italian Renaissance style. There are many lovely figures decorating the gate and it is also one of the oldest gates in Gdansk. Gong to Poland and seeing the sights of Gdansk is a wonderful idea, because there is so much to do and see.
