There are so many great monuments all over Poland dedicated to great people who were from Poland and gave great works to the world. There are many in the city of Warsaw that you must go and see while there on your next trip to Poland. The man named Boleslaw Prus, who was from Poland, was one of the greatest authors to come from Poland. This great man was an upholder of Polish Independence and took part in the Warsaw Uprising, where he was severely wounded.

The monument to this great Polish author is located in the park and is a lovely place to go and relax and enjoy the history of the monument. Boleslaw Prus lived between the years of 1847 through 1912, and created such novels as the Doll and Pharaoh. He was a very well loved man and this monument to his life and work is well worth the trip to the park to see it.
