The monument to Jan Kilinski in the lovely city of Warsaw is certainly a stop you must make when next in the city. The monument is dedicated to the man Jan Kilinski who was a great hero of the Kosciuszko Insurrection in the year of 1794. Like many great monuments and buildings, the statue was removed from its home in Krasinki Square during the Second World War by the Nazi’s in the year 1942.

The statue was reconstructed in the year 1945 and it is now a very popular site for people to go when visiting the lovely city of Warsaw.
