One of the nicest monuments to go and visit in Poland is called Zygmunt’s Column. When you go to the center of Castle Square, while you are there visiting, you will find the Zygmunt’s Column. This lovely monument is the oldest memorial in Warsaw, and happens to be dedicated to the King named Zygmunt III Waza. This great king moved to Warsaw in the year of 1596, and the column to him was built in the year 1644.

Zygmunt’s Column is a great monument to go and visit if you love to see large beautiful statues. The monument was built be Clemente Molli and you will be certainly impressed with the fine craftsmanship of the statue and the base which was designed by an Italian man, Make Warsaw and this lovely monument in the Castle Square your first stop when going around the city. There are also lovely things to see in the Castle Square as well, so explore everything.
