Pros: The staff were the friendliest and most helpful i have encountered for quite a while and their english was very good too. the place was very clean and perfect location for parque bela vista
Cons: Slightly understaffed for the event and sandwiches came to room an hour or so after we ordered them in the bar. we had accepted they were not coming and had gone to bed. they were quite expensive. but minor problem.

Cons: There were a few things that we were dissapointed about:-
firstly the main areas in the hotel were all extremely hot and there did not appear to be any air conditioning working, secondly two of the four lifts were out of action, thirdly the breakfast buffet was not replenished quickly enough and this also applied to clean glasses and plates. lastly the bar area should have an area for smokers not the whole bar being a smokers zone.
