"Staff were extremely attentive"

Pros: Staff were extremely attentive. we had booked the hotel as part of our anniversary celebrations and we received a bottle of sparkling wine on our first night which was just so lovely! thank you!
Cons: Not really negative enough to make me not stay at the heritage again - perhaps just an improvement point - i used the wellness room during my stay and there was no air conditioning in there nor a fan on the equipment so this did make working out pretty unpleasant. even if there was a large fan in the room to be put on when people work out that would help
