"It was a good location and one or two of the staff were not rude"

Pros: It was a good location and one or two of the staff were not rude. the buffet breakfast was good. the shower worked.
Cons: The pictures on your website were not the pictures of the hotel we stayed in. we chose it for the pool but the "pool" was a building site right outside our window (and i specifically asked for a quiet room). the staff lied when we asked in advance whether there was a gym. there was no concierge and never more than two people at reception. the room was old fashioned and not approximating 5 star standard. we could have paid less for a simple hotel with the same facilities.
