we lost some of our stuff from our backpacks :(

Pros: I read your mixed customer reviews of this hotel and was prepared for the worst. given the price, i did not expect much. i was pleasantly surprised. where else can you get 'en suite' room for this price in porto. granted, it was not luxurious. but it was clean, quiet, and with a view and functioning tv. my room was on the top floor. i was offered a more convenient room also, but was told it might be noisier. i never heard the ringing others complained about. of course, i am fluent in portuguese which might have helped with my nothing but positive experience with the hotel staff. i would stay here again!
