Fantastic location, very close to wenceslas square, no need to use public transport to get to the most interesting places in the city centre. room was clean and tidy, bathroom newly refurbished. breakfast was ok.
The staff didn't seem to be very welcoming and wasn't willing to swap our twin room for a double, which had been clearly requested before our arrival. it was quite noisy outside as well (traffic), so it wasn't possible to sleep with an open window. in spite of that, we'd definitely stay there again, as it's a very good value for money.Anonymous

Location was great, helpful staff and the room had everything i needed for my stayI think that the breakfast service could have been better and maybe start at 7am for early departures or at least have the option of accessing something to eat to take with you on your journey instead
