Helpful staff, nice location and facilities. we could walk to the city centre of the city every day and back.
Perhaps we expected more for a 4-star hotel, specially the room facilities and breakfast. when paying upon check-out we were never specified that we had to pay in eur cash in order for them to honour the rates. nobody has so much cash with them when travelling. they do not charge the credit card in euros, only in the local currency which turned out to be much more expensive. the difference was eur50 by paying in tzech crowns...that is a lot. this should be specified in the hotel information and the booking confirmation.
