The hotel is well connected with Prague's public transport system, allowing guests to easily reach the Old City centre (Staré Město) where you can wander through the city's enchanting streets and squares, and visit a variety of pubs, restaurants, bars and shops.
How to reach the Hotel Galileo?By car: Take the D1 highway to the centre, then go to the right in direction 'Vinohrady', into Rumunská street. At the traffic lights turn right to Bělehradská street - follow the tram line and then go to the left at the 3rd crossroads - at Bruselská street. The hotel is on the left, at nr. 3.
By plane: Take bus nr. 119 and get off at metro stop 'Dejvicka'. The bus journey takes about 25 minutes. From there, take metro line A direction 'Skalka' and change metro at metro stop 'Muzeum'. Change to metro line C direction Haje and get off at metro stop 'I.P.Pavlova'. From there, follow the directions below.
By tram: At metro station 'I.P.Pavlova', line C you can take tram nr. 6 and go 1 stop to 'Bruselská'. From here, the hotel is at walking distance. Go straight on, after 20 meters turn left to Bruselska. You will find the hotel in 20 meters on your right.

The breakfast was fantastic for a good start to the day. the woman on reception when we checked in was very helpful and gave us some good information and tips. our room was spacious and clean and very comfortable.
The hotel is a bit off the main drag but if you dont mind a 5 minute walk to a metro or a short walk from the tram then its not too much of a problem.Anonymous

The hotel galileo is an ideal location to visit prague with local resturants close by. the staff was very helpful and the rooms was very clean. the breakfast was very good with plenty of different selections.The only minus point, there was no coffee/tea making facility in the rooms.
