It has air-conditioner in the room. and condition of almost all stuff in the room is good. also this apartments are 5 stories with lift. it's very good.
location is excellent, 1 min by foot to mustek station, 3 min by foot to wenceslas square. and many street food. you could work to old squre. 
Some stuffs are not clean. and some of their staff can't speak english but almost of them can speak english. Anonymous

"great staff, big clean room, well appointed lounge/living area.However for four people, it was somewhat "dormitory style" as the adjacent lounge was not also fitted for sleeping.mcallister

My bed was unsuitable and broke down the middle, the bed support was mad from chipboard and cracked under my weight of 10 stone! when i checked out of my room the receptionist was very rude and insisted i was to pay a charge of £40!. i was expecting a apolodgy atleast. they refused to let us leave until we payed the charge by holding our bags at randsom. we had no choice to pay due to our flight time, but i assured them i will take matters further and i am proceeding to do so. this incident was a great dissapointment after what was a good trip.Anonymous
