The hotel was well located, and the service was excellent. all staff were polite, friendly and helpful. the room was always sparkling clean and the facilities were brilliant. the staff were very professional at all times. the security of the hotel was very good, you had to use your door pass to operate the lifts. 
The price of movies through the hotel was rather expensive - approximately £15 per movie, which were not all new ones. Anonymous

Staff are very helpful & prague is very clean.Being described as in the old town city centre, i thought the hotel was more centrally located. effectively, it is quite distant from the very centre.Godbold
