The Old Town Square is the oldest square in Prague. It is the heart of the city. It is also home to many old buildings of historical and cultural significance. The Storch House dates from 1897. It is a pink Neo-Renaissance structure. The façade is the most prominent attraction. It features a late 19th century image or mural of St. Wenceslas riding on horseback. The artist was L. Novak. He based it on a design by Mikuláš Aleš. There are also figurative images of the Three Magi. Look up to see the frescoes positioned above the door. They include the Bavarian coat of arms.
