The hotel offered many amenities. this was nice since the location of the hotel was outside of the main city and away from restaurants and shopping.We were very disappointed with the service in the beauty salon. we had made appointments for two hour massages and when we showed up they had only booked one massage. they did not offer to reschedule or attempt to rectify the situation at all. this was very unprofessional! we were also disappointed when we went to eat at one of the restaurants that was supposed to be open until 0200, the restaurant closed at 2400. in the information packet that was given to us upon check-in stated that the restaurant was open until 0200.
