The central location was excellent, in the middle of the old town. the car parking service was excellent, but expensive.
The room was cold. after several requests for heating, it began to work but we needed extra bed covers. also, the furniture was very basic.Jorgensen

Breakfast was good, and always smiling staff.everything was fine after we arrived at the hotel. we liked the hotel so good that we came back for another night sunday 4th. see next commentHad to wait for 1,5 hour at the airport for the transport from the airport, and when the car arrived we had to pay 750 ks because the driver had not got enough change. may be that was not your fault, but the first impression was bad.Woods

Great location! the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was unbeatable! the hotel was right on the busy celetna street but the noise level was very low with the windows closed. also the metro is a very close walk to the hotel!
