Rome and Lazio Tourist Board ) in the Centre of Rome, not far from the most important historical monuments such as the Colosseum, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, via Veneto and Navona square. 69 Manin Street is located at the main transportation point of Rome, Termini Central railway station (2 minutes walking distance). PLEASE READ. *** VERY IMPORTANT *** Check-in is available from 1:00 pm to 11:30 pm, but please let us know your estimated arrival time in case your arrival time is later than 2:00 PM. Usually check-in is from 1:00 PM onwards. It is possible, if your room is vacant and has been cleaned already, to check-in in advance. 69 Manin Street is located near to the main public transports: bus and underground. This is the best area for transport.

From Fiumicino Airport: From Leonardo Da Vinci (Fiumicino) airport there is a train shuttle that on 30 minutes links with Termini Railway Station (500 mt. from the 69 Manin Street B&B).

From Ciampino Airport: Bus + Train.
A shuttle bus CO.TRA.L connect Ciampino Airport with Ciampino Station; after, every 15 minutes there is a train links with Terminal Railway Station (500 mt. from the 69 Manin Street B&B)

By train:
Termini Railway Station (500 mt. mt. from the 69 Manin Street B&B) is the core of italian railway system, if you come by train, you don't have any problem to reach us from anywhere you came.

By car:
From Leonardo da Vinci/Fiumicino International Airport (West):
Take Highway 80 to Cristoforo Colombo Way and follow the directions to city centre/San Giovanni.

From Aquila/Bari (East):
Take Highway A24 and follow to tangenziale est. Then take via Tiburtina and follow the directions to Termini RR station.

From Florence (North):
From Highway A1, take the Roma Est exit and follow the directions to Tangenziale Est.

From Naples (South):
From Highway A1, take the Roma Est exit and follow directions to Tangenziale Est.
