Delia B&B offers double and triple bedrooms, all with private bathroom, and a big and bright reception. Bedrooms have every comfort: satellite TV with LCD screen, safe, air conditioning and mini bar. My partner & i have just returned from a wonderful weekend in rome, made all the more special by the excellent location & cleanliness of the delia b&b and also the excellent hospitality shown to us from the lovely lady who runs it. our room was beautiful and tastefully decorated as well as the bathroom and thank goodness for the ac, weather in rome was extremely hot & muggy. breakfast menu was lovely and it was nice having the choice of different foods. the location could not have been any better, just literally around the corner from termini station, everything was to hand...i wouldn't hesitate staying at the delia again and i will glady tell people who are planning a visit to rome & are wondering where to stay about the delia b&b
Nothing negative as such, except it was quite hard to find as it was set back from the road, you had to walk through a court yard, could do with being sign posted better, also a little like fort knox to get in and out, but thats not really a fault, better to be safe than sorry and it certinaly isn't off putting.Anonymous

The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help us whenever we needed something. the room was very clean, and cleaned everyday we were there.The breakfast was a bit poor (a croissant and coffee that was cold). also would have preferred if the towels were changed daily and more toiletries were provided.Marika Airu

To staff was very friendly and always willing to help in any possible need. there were free drinks and snacks. the room was very nice. the breakfast was served in rooms, and there were 5 different menus were we could chose what we want. the location of the hotel was excellent!They took the powers (electricity) off every time they cleaned the room, so the fridge was almost never cold and when coming back to the hotel after a long and hot day at the town you'd really want something cold to drink.Anonymous

I read reports that mentioned it is difficult to find. we arrived at the station on the terravsion bus and found our way easily. before we left the uk i received an email from the hotel asking what our arrival time was, i said around 12pm and although we were a little late, we were still met downstairs by the courtard with a welcoming smile. it is just a few minutes walk from the station. we were looking to explore rome on a budget and staying in this area was great and we didn't feel like we missed out on anything. the staff are very lovely and it felt very much like home from home. highly recommend this cute little b+b.Anonymous

The owners of the b&b went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. the b&b is newly opened (about 1 year old) therefore the decor is spotless. the service we received was faultless. the position of the b&b was just around the corner from termini so central for everything. there is a couple of restaurants in the same road as the b&b - very useful after a day walking around rome and no engery left to go further. we would definitely book this b&b again when we next go to rome. the accommodation was comfortable. the room was a fairly decent size for rome. the room had flat screen tv, satelite tv, and the owners offered us use of their internet if needed. breakfast served in the room -continental but adequate to start the day. if you are looking for luxury and opulence this is not it but if you want a well located, clean, comfortable room delia is a great choice.Can not think of anything negative about our stay. apart from too short a time (we only stayed for 5 nights) and the weather was bad. neither were in the control of the b&b. Perfect location very easy to access city, delia and family are very professional and accomodating. the rooms have been very recently refurbished and are quaint and beutifully decorated.The first impression of the buliding the hotel rooms are isn't great and it's not the easiest to find.

Clean rooms, only 5mins walk to train station and metro, staff very friendly/helpfulIs a good 20 min walk to the main sights,colloseum, spanish steps ect. but if u dont mind walken or using metro then thats not really a problem ,we had young kids with us and metro and buggies dont go well.Steven Loh

I felt the staff we're very helpful and although we got up late for breakfast both days they still provided us with whatever we wanted and brought it to us. they were very relaxed with times and we felt very at home.Difficult to find. we walked up and down the same road a number of times. the hotel should provide more information as to where it is located and maybe a larger sign. but this was a minor point.
