You can take the train "Leonardo express" at the airport which goes to Termini Station. From there it's walking distance: enter "Via Cavour" (when you exit the station on your left/Via Giolitti side), go straight for 150-200 meters, turn right into Piazza dell'Esquilino and left into "Via Urbana";
From CIAMPINO Airport:
Take the train FMA-Rome Ciampino and get off at Termini Station -it runs every 20 minutes from 06.15 hrs to 23.45 hrs- or take the special bus to Termini Station.
