Our first visit to rome was helped by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff explaining where the sights are and providing a map. the tea and coffee facilities in room was a welcome when we arrived back at hotel after hours of walking and sightseeing. it was nice to sit and relax in room rather than sit in a cafe at the end of the day.
