The location was good. close to everyting, but not in the middle... and we had a little terrace, wich were nice for a late glass of wine. the price was nice, and so was the staff. the breakfast was ok, but nothing more. good coffee!The room we had was very small. and tha shower was so small that the whole bathroom was wet. the tv had only italian channels. we used the directions on the hotels web-page to get from the airport to the hotel. the problem was that bus 913 never drove by the hotel. either the busdriver did not follow the route, or the discription was wrong. and the rooms were not wery sound-proof... not recommended for honeymooners:-)Anonymous

A friend and i stayed in a double room for 5 nights, the hotel was quite luxurious but as we had a cheaper, basic room the price was good. the location was excellent and we were able to come and go as we pleased. the hotel was good for what we wanted as we were on a budget, sightseeing all day and only back for the nights. as two teenage girls travelling alone, we felt safe. would reccomend cheaper rooms to young travellers, if some luxury isdesired go for a slightly more expensive room.We put belongings in the hotel safe but would have preferred a safe in the room. the bathroom was ok but as there was only a shower curtain and no solid sides to the shower, the floor did get very wet. the breakfast was quite basic and could get boring for longer than several days.David Francis

Good location within walking distance of all main sites. transport service from airport was good value for money.

The room was very clean the bed was very nice the hotel management was very helpful gave great directions to resturants and sites. the hotel was centrally located to all the major sites of rome. it was near fantastic resturants and the best shopping of the most exclusive shops. i would definitely stay there again. breakfast was very good good selection filled me up for the day of sightseeing.The room that i was in was a little small i would probably take a room one size bigger next time. the tv didnt have any english programing so that i could get the news that was happenig in the world. it would have been nice to be able to have wireless internet available in my room rather than in the lobby.Rhys Thomas

10 minuts walk from vaticano,next door to st angelos castle..the rooms were good,spacious e bathroom was nicely decorated.Located in a very noise street...windows are not double glazed and constatly noise from cars e buses outside....every nite at midnite a rubish colleting truck would come and wake us up for about 15 minuts clearing the skips from the shops .....need more maintnance in bedroom as lampshades has unsafe plugs.....hotel staff were not very friendly.....no fruit at all on breakfast.......booked my room for a specific price but was charged diferently on check out....Abdul Monnan

Price and location. this hotel was not in the heart of any one area we wanted to spend time in, however it was so close to everything we wanted to see it made our sightseeing very easy.Yes- 3 things. the a/c unit was inside the room so while cold air would come out the front, an equal amount of hot air was coming from the back- making the room unbearably hot. since a/c was one of the reasons i selected this hotel, i was not pleased. also the shower while clean and comfortable had no water pressure, not helpful under the circumstances of being so hot all the time. Die lage des hotel ist optimal. viele sehenswürdigkeiten sind in ein paar minuten zu erlaufen. toll!
der nachtportier war immer sehr freundlich.Trotz buchungsbestätigung von easytobook war erst kein zimmer für uns frei. wir sollten in ein partnerhotel umziehen. plötzlich hatte der unfreundliche hotelmanager ein zimmer für uns, das jedoch sehr, sehr klein und für uns nicht akzeptabel war. nachdem ich mich beschwerte, bekamen wir plötzlich doch noch ein doppelzimmer zur straßenseite. es war zwar sehr laut, aber dennoch ok. die jungs, die tagsüber an der rezeption standen waren einfach nur unfreundlich. frühstück war etwas spärlich. Das hotel liegt in guter reichweite des vatikan und der einkaufsmeile. das mittelalterliche palazzo ist ordentlich renoviert und die eher kleinen zimmer mit 4 meter raumhöhe zeigen sehr schöne kastendecken.Die hauptverkehrsachse bringt intensiven lärm und lässt wenig schlaf zu. ruhezeit zwischen 01.30 und 5 uhr.
das von uns bewohnte zimmer nr 18 ist eher klein und sehr schlecht beleuchtet. die sanitärinstallation lässt zu wünschen überig. die dusche bringt nur wenig wasser, was keinen duschspass zu lässt.
