Description
Residenza Ave Roma is a charming luxury hotel, along the Tiber, very close to Umberto I bridge and a few steps (200meters) from Navona square and in a strategic location walking distance from the most important roman sightseeing.
We have 6 nice suites with private bathroom and all facilities and a separate romantic depandance.
Mr Salvo and all the staff will be glad to introduce you to the eternal city.
Residenza Ave Roma don't accept American Express credit card for guarantee and payments, but accept it for the final payment.

What a little gem of an hotel, in quiet area next to the river but only few minutes walk from all the sights, piazza navona is just around the corner making evening walks to the restaurants very safe to do. salvo and his assistant vera were very helpful and friendly. salvo gave my daughter and i very useful information about where to walk to and best places to visit. would like to thank them both for making us so welcome, would certainly like to stay again. many thanks. ciaoAnthony Finegan

Location is perfect. each and every tourist destination is within walking distance. staff is also very good and friendly. it is like a home away from home.Negative - basement rooms, no view, no staff at all between 8.30 pm and 7.30am. no room service, no asking for morning alarm, etc.Becky Sanchez

The hotel was in the most perfect location in rome, you could see st peter's from the doorstep, and were 2 mins away from the piazza nuovo. every major sight was within walking distance. the staff at the hotel were very helpful, especially vera, and the room (the double with canopy bed) was spotlessly clean. we didn't have the breakfast, but were given an espresso whilst we waited for a taxi, which was delicious! would definitely go back, and recommend it to our friends and family.Anonymous

The location was fantastic, everything was a short walk away. I was so so disappointed that the room, which i had booked as a 'superior with canopy bed', did not have a canopy bed, was very noisy as a result of being located right behind reception, and was also smaller than i would have expected from a 'superior room'. this really took away from my overall satisfaction with the hotel, because my expectations were so high from the website.Anonymous

Staff were excellent. location was excellent.Breakfast was poor. second bed was more suitable for a child rather than ab adult. we were two adults friends wanting a twin bed room, but one bed was not suitable for a large adult. no tea or coffee facilities in the room.Kevin Kallberg

We felt very sorry for the maid who was left on her own and seemed inadequately trained to deal with the booking out process.this delayed us by 25 minutes and we were close to missing our departure.
they made a big mistake with the room as we booked a superior room and were put in a standard room.Anonymous

Located very near to piazza navona, vatican and main shopping areas. staff very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. would say it was somewhere between a hotel and b&b though - no restaurant, bar or night time reception. central location meant this was not a problem. would happily recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose. My room was very pretty and well equipped. the staff was particularly helpful. i was able to get into my room early on arrival and left my bags until my departure in the afternoon. the location was great. i would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.
