The BELDES HOTEL is an elegant and exclusive hotel born from a dream of 2 young innkeepers to create a stylish, intimate and relaxing accommodation in the heart of Rome, between Saint Peter Basilica, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.

Lovely place to stay in. described as a hotel but by irish standards it is a b&b. wewere very happy with it and would return there to stay. it is beside lepanta metro which was very convenient to the vatican, and very easy to tour the city by metro from. our room was very nicely decorated, peaceful and quiet, with a very nice breakfast. we certainly would use the hotel again and i would recommend it to anyone going to rome.Jonathan Reichelt

Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. check-in was easy and our bags were taken up to our room for us. the room was clean and nicely decorated. throughout our stay all staff were helpful, attentive and always had a smile. the breakfast room was intimate and service excellent - breakfast was good too. the breakfast room doubled as a billiards/chill-out room with sofas & tv etc - this was nice in the afternoon after a hard day walking round rome and the tea was very welcome!
i would recommend this hotel to couples looking for something away from "chain" hotels. we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights in rome and it felt extra special because of the hotel and staff. they even kept our bags in a secure area on our last day as our flight was in the evening. the metro stop is 1 minute walk - very convenient. highly recommended 10/10!!Yiannaki Stavrou

The room was very clean and nicely furnished. the staff was wonderful and very helpful. one day we needed a taxi and the gentleman behind the front desk called for us and then went to the street to wait with us. he hailed the cab and gave instructions to the driver where we needed to go just in case we couldn't communicate in italian. i thought this was great. the staff in the breakfast room was wonderful as well as was the breakfast itself. i would stay at this hotel again but i would request a differnt room.The only thing that was a negative was the location of the room (4b). it was right next door to the breakfast area and it was very noisy. every time the coffee machine would run you could hear it in our room. it sounded like someone with a jack hammer in the next room. other than that it was a good hotel.Mrs Helen Correy

The hotel was very clean and had a lovely atmosphere. the terrace was really relaxing after a day of sightseeing. staff were really friendly. rooms a bit small asd no where to put your things in the bathroom but very clean, and the shower was excellent. good position as the metro was behind hotel, this made it very convenient for spanish steps and trevi. i would certainly recommend this hotel. it is hidden away, beside an adjacent hotel with a small entrance and reception area. once located this was one of my most memorable and pleasant stays in a foreign hotel....and i travel a lot. welcoming staff throughout the hotel, willing to please, beautifully decorated rooms, and a lovely conservatory breakfast room on the top floor.
well located in a quiet area off the main roads, 10 minutes to the vatican and 10 minutes to the via del corso(main shopping street. would definitely revisit this hotel if we return to rome.a genuine italian experience!!!Mr J Martin
