Some other services that we offer: free WIFI internet access and ADSL internet connection in all of the rooms, Internet point, laundry service, outdoor or indoor garage at an agreed price, babysitting service on request, gym and beauty centre facilities outside of the hotel at an agreed price, tours and excursions, small parties for children and adults accompanied by the children- our good mood and cheerfulness is included in the price. We stayed for 4 nights and were really pleased with everything- we would definately recommend this hotel
A beter map with clear directions would have helped us getting there as we had to ask people in the street, some more information on sight seeing in rome would have been helpful,there was a book and staff were very helpful in directing you to different places but some leaflets would have been good Bijan Bodaghi

Very pleasant and cooperative staff, the hotel staff did their best to make our stay extremely comfortable. would definitely go back. I had booked a double room but i was quite disappointed on the size of the room, it was very small. it so happens there was a fault in the room and they moved us to another room which was bigger and better. they did this straight away. breakfast is between and 7 and 10, but if you get down around 9.30 most of the hot food is finished.Lina Filkina

The room was big enough, very clean and comfortable; breakfast was satisfying as wellThe location of the hotel, it was further from the center in reality, the nearest metro station was in a 10 minutes walk, so if you have got luggage to carry, take a taxi. it was also not practical to walk to the city center when going out, the best way was still metroDavid Holliday

Good location; only 7 mins walk from metro and bus from outside hotel to termini(bought a combined 7 days travel ticket for 16 euros ).buses and tube run late.good breakfast, plenty of selection. hotel staff very helpful and all spoke excellent english.our room was ready for occupation even though we arrived 2 hours before the official time.Queing for breakfast unless arrived early ( by 8.15 ). no tea making facilities within the room. expensive for the nights of 31/1/07 and 1/1/08 although we knew this in advance.Anonymous

Clean hotel. nice big fresh towels every day. still cleaned room even if we got up late.helpfull staff.A bit noisy as next to a hospital so ambulance sirens frequently early in morning. room a bit cold and no way to heat it up! got up early one morning and hot water was not available.Anonymous

Our room was comfortable and clean. we looked out onto the street so it was a bit noisy but in the centre of rome you would expect that. the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was superb and set us up for the day. location was fairly good if you wanted to be near the station and could walk. not great if you had small children or people who couldn't do much walking but it was fine for us. excellent value for money and would defintely stay there again.Anonymous

The hotel was in a brilliant location, only 15 mins walk from termini and extremely clean and the rooms were big. exactly like the pictures on the internet which was a worry at first after reading negative reviews on other hotels. i would recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone, clean, friendly staff, great location and excellent for the price you pay. one of our rooms even had a walk in wardrobe and a sound system in the room. our rooms also had a large balcony which was great for looking out onto the city. most fo the restuarants we dined at were also found in the hotels information desk, an indian restaurant called jaipur being one of your favs-you must check it out!No negative experiences what so ever- a fab stayAnonymous

We found this hotel ideal for a family break, only a ten minute walk to the metro, fab restaurant on the way to the metro, a really great (and extremely cheap) chinese in the other direction. really enjoyed our stay.Found it difficult to email the hotel direct to let them know of our late arrival (1am)but got a general email stating that reception generally is open all night. the hotel is near the metro, and then two stops away from termini station, maybe a bit misleading on the web site.Ian Burns
