The Domus Inn is located on Via Velletri nr. 10. It is situated in Rome's historic centre, close to the main Termini Railway Station and the beautiful Villa Borghese park.
Domus Inn is close to all the historic sites which can be reached on foot and by metro.
How to reach the hotel?By car: Arriving by car from North Rome, you can take the "Grande Raccordo Anulare" (Ring Road) - Fiumicino direction - and exit at Salaria. Continue along Via Salaria until you reach Piazza Fiume. You can find Via Velletri on your left, with Domus Inn at no.10.
Instead, if you arrive from South Rome, having exited the highway, continue until reaching the Grande Raccordo Anulare (Ring Road) and go in the direction of Casilina. Exit at Casilina - centre direction until reaching San Giovanni. From here, take Via Merulana in the direction of Santa Maria Maggiore. Follow the signs for Termini Station, in the direction of Via XX Settembre. Continue along Via XX Settembre to Porta Pia and then turn left for Corso d'Italia. When you arrive in Piazza Fiume, take Via Velletri, with Domus Inn at no.10.
By airplane: From "Leonardo da Vinci" Rome Airport you have different possibilities to reach Domus Inn:
- The Terravision shuttle bus takes you to Termini Station in Rome. From here take the no. 38 bus and get off at the 'Piazza Fiume' stop (4th stop). Domus Inn is 100 meters away, at the beginning of Via Velletri;
- You can arrive in Termini Station in 20 minutes with the direct "Leonardo Express" train. From here take the no. 38 bus and get off at the 'Piazza Fiume' stop (4th stop). Domus Inn is 100 meters away, at the beginning of Via Velletri;
- With a private taxi you can arrive directly outside this elegant bed & breakfast in Rome.
From Ciampino Airport, take the bus to Anagnina, then take metro line A to Termini Railway Station. From here take the no. 38 bus and get off at the 'Piazza Fiume' stop (4th stop). Domus Inn is 100 meters away, at the beginning of Via Velletri.

The staff was very helpful aside from one guy which tried to charge us eur 2 extra when helping us book the airport shuttle. aside from that the place is really cozy & all amenities are clean & nice. the breakfast was quite good too. location is great as it's easily accessible by bus & isn't smack in the middle of hustle & bustle.Anonymous

The staff is excellent, kind, & helpful. they were very knowledgable regarding the tourist sites and which buses to catch. the subway/metro was within easy walking distance as was the bus stop. our room was very clean but quite small. Room was small, therefore, not much space for suitcases and closet was a small cabinet. bathroom was small but it was private and had plenty of hot water! the tv was small and only had one (cnn) english speaking channel but we were out and about most of the time. it would have been nice to have one channel /w regular tv programming. Staff were friendly and willing to help with any questions, directions etc!! our room was upgraded!! location was good as long as you don't mind a little walk but you can catch a bus to almost anywhere just outside the door!. breakast was good and lovely to have it served in your room. lovely place to stay!!!Only thing would be to add some fruit to the breakfast tray!!Mr Robert Campbell

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and breakfast was excellent. the room was very comfortable and very good value for money (in march). it is a little away from the historic centre, but only a few minute by bus from termini (the main train station), and rome is a pretty small city so we simply walked from our hotel to the sights.
overall, i was very impressed and would highly recommend this hotel to young couples like ourselves.Hotel was great, just a little hard to find at night since the sign is a small plaque on the side of an apartment building!Keith LeDonne

Fantastic staff, the hotel was much better than we anticipated.We wanted to come back to domus for our final night in rome, they were full and reccomended a hotel augustus across the road, saying that if anything it was a better hotel, this better hotel had paper coming off the wall and was nowhere near as good as domusSarah Loughran

The room was great, very clean and simple. the location wasn't bad although at least 10 minutes from the metro. The jacuzzi was quie dirty. i think it hadn't been used for a long time, so when we turned it out lots of little bits came out. but apart from that, the room was really clean.

We were extremely impressed when the receptionist on realising we had not visited rome before took out a map in english and proceeded to give us advise on where everything was and what buses to use etc. this was invaluable and much appreciated.I would have preferred some drawer space in the room as there was none and possibly facilities to make a cup of tea.Mr Peter Hanlon

The room was lovely and the staff all very polite and friendly. we would definitely stop there again.It is a little way to walk from the main sights although there is a bus stop nearby. on the saturday night there was some noise from a local club, but other than that it was very quite and peaceful.Anonymous

The staff was very friendly and helpful. i was staying with two buddies of mine and they immediately offered to split up the beds so we could have individual sleeping quarters (as american men, there are rules about this sort of thing...) the location is solid, but not super awesome; however, given the going rates for lodging in rome, it was a very fair price.This place is really hard to find. it's on the ne corner of a five-way intersection of streets. the hotel is marked by a small plaque at about shoulder height, and there is a button you have to talk into to buzz in after hours.David Flavell

The hotel manager, bruno, was particularly helpful, and a great help for telling us bus routes etc. he organised taxis for us and flowers in our room. he was first class.The breakfasts, although well presented, could have been more varied. some cheese or ham would have been good. a price list for the mini bar would have been useful.Anonymous

Best kept secret in rome! the room was extra clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were great. it's about 8 minutes from termini with the bus and you can take at least 3 different busses from there. the transportation is exellent to any part of the city, at least 10 different busses stop at the nearby square. and when you go home after a full day walk, an excellent ice-cream parlor is on the other side of the street!!!! as you can see i really had a very good experience with this hotel, and for this price you can't beat it. i can only recomended to anybody.Michael Murphy
