They had double booked us on the friday night which was a little frustrating but did put us up in another 4 star but it was 20 miles outside of the city! they brought us back the following morning but just spoilt the start of the holiday - the way around this for future is to ring and confirm your arrival on the day you are turning up. lovely hotel apart from this - brilliant location, nice rooms (very italian) Anonymous

The manager & staff were very helpful, in fact our room was not the best, however , upon request the manager was happy to put us in a superior room after 1 night when one was free at no extra charge. the hotel was in an excellent location for all the main sights of rome & tucked away off the main road in a small courtyard area so was quiet at night.
Not all rooms have been re-furbished, i would suggest you book a superior de-luxe, they are still fairly small but very nice rooms. Anonymous

When i complained about the noise from the pigeons scrabbling on the roof above my room, they moved me.
Internet signal was extremely weak in the room and most times i had to go to the lobby to connect. breakfast was not good - poor quality. no room service. no view. Garymel@btinternet.com
