The location. drinks in the mini bar were really cheap, 2 euro for beer. My bathroom was a bit dodgy, very fragile shower screen, hairs that weren't mine, dirty mirror, shower not so good. poor noise insulation from reception and surrounding rooms, not enough blankets and not enough heating. The water taxi was able to deliver us to the bck dock of the hotel. that was great. no having to haul the luggage ourselves. the staff at front desk were extremely helpful with directions and tickets to theatre. the breakfast buffet was exceptionally generous. i would stay there again.Anonymous

- the staff was helpful and kind- the rooms (or at least my room) are very small.
- although the reception is modernly decorated, the rooms are very old fashioned (when you enter to the room, you feel that you are in a different hotel).
- you could hear noices from the rooms nearby.

The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and quite attractive. the minibar was much cheaper than drinks from street vendors.
hotel generally was well decorated, clean and in modern style yet comfy and had pleasant feel to it.
Breakfast was of minimalist continental style - but ok.
hotel was just a few minutes walk from the spanish steps and trevi fountain - but a bit further out from old rome etc - but just a few minutes walk from underground/metro station so very easy and cheap to reach everywhere.
couple of broken tiles in bathroom but nothing too bad and room was still quite nice.Anonymous

La habitación era como la de un hostal bueno en españa. es muy recomendable, se está agusto, no hay ruido ni excesivo calor porque las estancias dan a un patio interior grande. en el baño, todo muy limpio y bastante nuevo, hay un plato de ducha con mampara un poco pequeño para una persona de envergadura. el hotel s
e ubica en una zona de lujo que tiene ambiente por las noches porque hay muchos restaurantes pero hay que salir de ese barrio para poder comer a un precio razonable. El desayuno del hotel se reduce a pan y croissants. eso sí, el café de la señora del bar es estupendo. Anonymous

La situación, cerca de todo, en 5 minutos plaza españa, en definitiva céntrico, el personal fenomenal nos trato estupendamente.Nuestra habitación era nueva pero no tenia mampara para la ducha y ponÃamos todo perdido, en general bien.
