The location was the best thing about this hotel. the staff were very friendly and helpful. for all the negative comments i did sleep well and the sheets were nice cotton and clean.Shower curtain had mold all over it. my room was v. small. i am small so just about managed shower. room no 11. the room from hell. wires and pipes hanging out very depressing room. no 1, my room was ok if small. i would take no 1 as a single anytime. i saw some other rooms which were a bit better though of course v. shabby and bathrooms just put in as an afterthought so all very awkward shapes. i think they are slowly going to improve the rooms. location excellent! this hotel is ok for young couples or people who are happy to have poor accommodation in good area.Anonymous

The central location.I arrived the first night to be told that even if my online reservation was completed, they had no room for me. i was driven in another hotel near vatican to spend the night and next morning my bags were transfered back to hotel. waiting for drivers took a lot of time and having to pack and unpack and transfer luggages was frustrating on a short weekend trip. bathroom was added later in my room in a small corner and had no proper facilities or lighting. i think the hotel was a bit overpriced for its amenities.Anonymous

La situation de l'hôtel par rapport aux sites touristiques de rome La sécurité de l'emplacement des chambres et certains membres du personnel très peu avenant surtout à notre arrivée. les petits déjeuners sont ordinaires. il n'a pas de bain malgré l'affiche et l'espace de la salle de toilette est très limité. certaines journées il n'y avait pas de serviette de ratine mais un « drap de coton » pour s'essuyer.
la vue sur le fleuve tel qu'indiquée dans votre annonce n'existe pas. le tibre est à 5 minutes de marche.Anonymous
