Hotel staff very helpful and pleasant. excellent location within easy 10 min walk of termini (rail/bus station). good continental breakfast. clean rooms with good swr/wc. free safe in wardrobe in room. could not fault at all. good choice for all types of travellers.
Stairwell and lift need updating, but not part of hotel itself as hotel within building encompassing other businesses but did not detract the enjoyment of our stay.Anonymous
