The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. they answered all my questions and needs quickly and intelligently and with considerable personal concern. 
One of the bathroom lights was not yet connected, and my bed was somewhat hard. the establishment is more of a bed-and-breakfast rather than a hotel, as advertised.Anonymous

The hotel staff do not speak english so is very difficult to communicate. the bed is hard as wood, terrible!!!! i just stay one day for the above reasons and move to another hotel.David Bowdler

Very helpful staff in chinese family run hotel. location reasonable in respect of access to metro or walking to station.bedrooms well equipped for type of hotel. visitors need to be aware that the beds are very firm. breakfast tray provided, pastry fruit yoghurt etc either for in room or for outside area if weather ok.This is a basic hotel, slightly off putting by its confusing access shared by other apartment and very weary staircase. you need to buzz for access which at least means its secure.
overall a bit quirky but take it in your stride and its fine. note cash not card payment.Anonymous

The hotel is situated near termini station, which means that it is in a walking distance to the main attractions and has very easy accessibility by the city transport. the hotel is new, staff is very friendly and helpful, they serve small breakfast (tea or coffee, croissant, juice..) to the room. the rooms are clean and nice, we had also a desktop computer in our room. i would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cheap but nice place to stay.. Amabilidad a pedir de boca, cerca de grandes monumentos, muy central, a minutos de la terminal principal (termini). por un módico precio cuentas con una gran habitación, desayuno incluido y el baño tiene una ducha espectacular. muy higiénico y de detalles. Personnel très acceuillant, de vrais pots de gel douche dove et shampoing palmolive! brosse a dents, dentifrice, il y a vrmt tout ce qu'il faut.Les lits sont très durs. depuis la chambre la nuit on peut entendre la circulation et les conversations des passant, pensez à prendre des boules quiès!Anonymous
