How to reach the hotel?From the airport, take the FS train to Central Termini Station. From Central Termini station you can reach our hotel by TAXI or by METRO. If you will take taxi, a maximum of 10 minutes, you will arrive at Relais Dei Papi; by Metro: take Metro Line A (direction Battistini) and get-off at Lepanto Station (6th station from Termini), and take Via M. Colonna, turn right at Via Dei Gracchi (3rd street from Lepanto station) and you will reach Relais Dei Papi (gate# 161) after two corners (Via Ezio and Via A.Regolo).

The hotel staff and service were excellent. the staff members were always trying to pleased us and helping us in everything we needed. the location is great, it is walk distance from many of the great attactions in rome. the service was wonderfun, the room was always clean and with everything that we need.
we had a great time at the hotel relais dei papi and yes we would come back and recommend it to everyone who intend to visit rome.The only think that wasn't to good was the size of the showerbox. it is really small.Anonymous

The staff was excellent, the rooms were well decorated and very clean.Just pay attention to the building number the only sign is posted in side the doorway. and the hotel itself is on the third floor. Anonymous

Everything about our stay at this hotel was perfect, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. it was our first time to rome and we would definitely stay here again. the location was ideal as it was only 5mins walk from the metro - but to be honest, me and my boyfriend walked from one end of the city to the other in about an hour, and it was a stunning and enjoyable walk and gives u more to take in. the staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and eager to help. the room was beautifully decorated and the breakfast was just what was needed to start the day!Nothing at all.Anonymous

A very comfortable room, which was clean and modern. the staff were extremely friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. Just a minor point but worthy of note. had a little trouble locating the hotel as it only on one floor of the building, with no hotel name on display on the outside of the building. found it by the number 161 Anonymous

Staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel was ideally located for everything we wanted to see and do.Breakfast was served in an alcove along the corridor but only 3 couples could eat at one time. we had our breakfast in our room on the first morning-not a problem as the staff were so helpfu.Anonymous

The room was superb, albeit small. cupboard space was lacking but the sheets & towels were of top quality & changed regularly. shower was very small but again of excellent quality.We missed having an area for general seating in the afternoons. would have preferred chunks of fresh bread for breakfast as well as toasting bread.Anonymous

Rooms were spacious and spotless. hotel staff was friendly and helpful. hotel is within walking distance of buses and metro. breakfast was typical contenintal but provided in a really nice setting. i would return to this hotel and highly recommend it. The hotel should consider putting the floor number on the name plate outside, we were'nt sure where to go. otherwise no problems at all.Anonymous

The hotel room was nice and clean. it had a flat screen tv mounted on the wall which was great. The bathroom was very small but functional. the staff isn't there 24 hours a day, so if you need anything after 8pm, there's nobody around to help you. the location of the hotel is great because it's close to the vatican, but it is in a quiet part of rome. the breakfast was average. a lot of packaged pastries. the coffee was decent. it would be nice if there was a bigger sign displayed for the hotel. i would probably stay in a different part of rome next time.Jerzy Gap

-this was in a decent location and within walking distance of the majority of sights.
-staff were friendly and helpful.
-rooms were beautifully decorated.-the showers were really small, and not easy to wash in.
-the room was not very sound proof and very noisy especially at night and in the mornings.
-breakfast consisted of cakes and nothing of substance.

The price is pretty hard to beat. if you're looking for a hotel to sleep at and leave your things during your stay in rome, this is a great choice.The breakfast was ok. i'd rather walk down the street and spend a couple of euro at a coffe shop. i have never seen a smaller shower in my life. seriously. there was barely enough room to turn around in. the location is not the closest to downtown where most of the attractions are. The hotel's staff was outstanding in making its guests feel at home. daily breakfast was pleasant, rooms were exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated, and a nice array of bath toiletries were provided. the location was in a lovely, safe neighborhood that was a ten-minute walk or a quick subway or bus trip to most major attractions. i enjoyed its location for its more authentic roman feeling--not in the heart of the tourist shops and traffic.As is typical with many european hotels, bathrooms are small and may feel cramped for larger persons--although in this hotel the immaculate condition of the bath more than made up for its small size.Mr Major D Brooks

The hotel is unlike any we have seen before in that it is within a larger building on the 3rd floor. use the lift and this poses no problem at all. the location is excellent near to the metro and within a very good shopping area if you like designer clothes etc. it is a short walk to the vatican and other attractions. nearby there is an excellent ristorante called the 'san marco' which has a local atmosphere, good food and reasonable prices. the hotel breakfast is good and better to have in your room as the 'dining' area is small but not a problem given all the other pluses this hotel offers.Anonymous

Ideally located, very clean and staff friendly.The shower cubicle was really small, smaller than a normal cubicle. you have to settle your hotel bill in cash and this is not mentioned until you arrive. the dining room is tiny just three tables and often gets too full to sit down. breakfast is a little disappointing and the hotel rooms are three floors up.
