Good value for money, clean and friendly staff
Location was not so good, although close proximity to main railway station etc. was good, the area is a bit seedy and not the best i would probably stay in a diff. location if staying in rome again for considerable amt of time - for short transit stop over would consider stay here again.Anonymous

Staff friendly and very helpful. we asked to change rooms as our room was beside the reception. we were moved to an upper floor without any hesitation. i would stay at the hotel washington again when in rome as the central location was excellent for exploring the city.No not at all.Anonymous

The reception staff were extremely helpful with maps & guidelines as to how to get around. the location of the hotel is excellent as it is within a few minutes walking distance from the central train, metro & bus termini as well as the airport connection. Anonymous

Wij waren niet tevreden over de aangeboden kamer. na één nacht werd ons een andere kamer aangeboden.Het bleek niet mogelijk om met creditcard te betalen; er werd ons telkens gezegd dat het probleem de volgende dag zou zijn verholpen. na zes dagen hebben we contant moeten afrekenen.
