When we arrived we were worried as all we saw was a small door but when we entered the hotel part, which is two floors up, we were so surprised it was lovely. we would recommend this to anybodyAnonymous

The staff is excelent, they were very kind and helpfull
It doesn't have stairs, and also non fornt desk, no phone at the room, so it is not recommended for families travelling with kids, at least no with strollers
